RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and returned unused, in the same condition that you received it. For returns, please email support@ohowear.com. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Any customs charges incurred will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Ohowear.
